Dr. Wenke (Tom) E

Wenke is a Postdoctoral Research Associate specialising in environmental perception for autonomous driving. He completed his Master’s degree in Data Science at Durham University, where his research focused on object detection in artistic imagery. During his PhD, which he completed in the Adaptive Intelligence Lab, he concentrated on Bird’s Eye View (BEV) map generation and scene understanding for autonomous systems. Currently, Wenke is a Research Associate at the Adaptive Intelligence Lab, working on spatial clustering and 3D insect brain data segmentation, contributing to interdisciplinary projects at the intersection of computer vision and biological imaging.
